I like the look of it a lot, it seems to strike a good balance between features, minimal visual clutter, and simplicity.
I like its speed, ease of configuration and excellent version control.
Documents are stored in a transparent and obvious way. Simply marvelous.
Documentation is clear and well organized.
Search feature is very fast, as everything else.
It's simple to install and configure. No problems there either.
I have not been able to get it to work. I have an account with Pair.com, which runs FreeBSD. Like every Wiki that I've tried to install, getting Moin Moin up and running is frustrating and I finally gave up. In Moin Moin's defense, my knowledge of Unix is very basic. I understand that Unix is not user friendly and Moin Moin is limited in how pain free they can make the installation in a Unix environment.
MoinMoin is my first Wiki I have been using and I got it up with no problems at all, It works smooth and uncomplicated, I love it because it's so easy to use. Besides "MOIN MOIN" means "Hello" in northern Germany, I would recommend it to anyone who is new to these things...just like me
