Recently (2006) became an Enterprise Architect (oooOOOOOooo). Not nearly as exciting as it sounds, and it doesn't sound exciting.
Always good for an opinion. Don't mind being wrong (which is just as well).
2008 - I'm still alive! Still an EA. Now I know what one is, and it is still boring. Sorry :).
My unfashionable love for domain modelling seems to be stirring the cloudy waters. Oh SPRING, how much do I not love thee. Guice Providers, yay!
At last I can encapsulate and be fashionable too!
XML is so last century! EDSL, code in human languages. You know it makes sense.
Next target, workflow. No more BPEL. It is like the cylinder hoover of old, it both sucks and blows.
Gigaspaces, nice idea.
3-Tera/applogic, nicer idea.
Head in the clouds shortly.
