 Installed ArgoWikiWeb to support discussions and creativity sessions in our schools. I am currently working for the Flemish Government (Argo, management for 730 schools) as IS-manager, consultant, facilitator and Enfant Terrible.

I consider it my primary task to help users in the civil service imagine a future organization (and IT-system) supporting them in their task 'to make a difference' for their customers.

We developed a framework for modelling the business logic for a wide variety of organizations and application domains (demo presented Oopsla96 and Object Technology 96) http://www.argo.be/OoFrame and use creative techniques and workshops to support our ?EvolutionarySoftwareEngineering.
