Wiki Windoze

• GET syntax is broken on the apache httpd version 1.3b3 - it fails urls of the form http://server/wiki?foo. I had to run up the netscape enterprise server, which doesn't thrill me on account of its memory footprint and not being shareware ... though it's better than the microstuffed alternative ...
