| Hello all. I was delighted to find this wiki devoted to W9YB -- thanks to Ward for setting it up. I earned my BSEE from Purdue in 1977. After getting my Advanced license, WB0OEW, in 1974 I enjoyed many pleasant times as a member of W9YB. I tended to use the Drake equipment most often. Purdue prepared me for a fascinating career. I focused on antennas for a while and now control systems for astronomical observatories. Best of luck to everyone and long live W9YB.
