April Hill Park

A natural area makes up 5.4 acres of the 9.8 acre April Hill Park. WoodsCreek, part of the FannoCreekHeadwaters, runs through the natural area adjacent to the southern boundary. The natural area also has a small spring, tributary stream, and wetlands. Working with the community, Portland Parks and Recreation will create an environmentally sensitive trail layout and identify projects to enhance the natural area.

The plan includes maps of the watershed and environmental zones we find ourselves as well as bird list of 70 species observed in the park and surrounding area over the last 15 years.
